Don’t ever hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about our services. Here’s a list of frequently asked questions: 

WHAT IS CURBTEK?

CurbTek is an on-demand mobile fleet services company that minimizes commercial vehicle and equipment downtime and maximizes a fleet’s ROI.

CAN CURBTEK FIX MY VEHICLE?

CurbTek has the ability to fix most small jobs on-site. If we see that the repair is more complex, we will call in someone from our network to get you taken care of.

WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DOES CURBTEK OFFER?

We service companies that value their time and are willing to invest in time saving practices. From 10-1,000+ vehicles, we can make sure you’re covered. Preventative maintenance, repairs and tires for our fleet partners on assets ranging from light duty, heavy duty and equipment.

WHAT CITIES DO YOU COVER?

Our geographic range is fluid just like it is for our fleet partners. Our primary area is Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma but regularly travel to other cities/states to accommodate the needs of our fleets.

WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?

Our hourly rate is $125-150 per hour.

IS IT MORE EXPENSIVE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO A SHOP/DEALERSHIP OR USE CURBTEK?

CurbTek’s rates are very competitive when compared to traditional options. Combined with the time saved by not having to take your vehicle into a shop, it’s easy to see that CurbTek is a much more economical option.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC MECHANIC?

If you know the name of the mechanic you’d like to service your vehicle, we will try our best to accommodate your request.

HOW MUCH IS AN OIL CHANGE?

CurbTek takes a unique approach to pricing oil changes. We have flat rate pricing and have removed all additional fees that typical quick lubes and mechanic shops add on.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SERVICE?

The majority of our fleet partners have a 3rd party fleet management company that we bill directly through. For those that do not, we will bill your company directly or take a credit card on site at the time of the service.

HOW DO I PAY IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN MY CAR IS SERVICED?

Our team will either bill your fleet management company or contact you vial email/sms to collect payment.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE USED OIL AND PARTS WHEN MY SERVICE IS COMPLETE?

CurbTek has a very strict environmental policy. We take all materials with us and dispose of them properly.

WHY SHOULD YOU USE CURBTEK?

If you value your time, then CurbTek is a no brainer. Our services cost about the same as your typical dealership or mechanic shop, but without all of the time associated with these traditional methods such as driving to/from a location and wait time. CurbTek helps you "kill two birds with one stone" by allowing you the ability to keep working or relaxing while we service your fleet.

HOW DOES IT WORK FOR FLEETS?

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP WHERE I CAN BRING MY VEHICLE?

CurbTek does not have a physical location. We come to you anywhere, anytime.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We take appointments from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday with exceptions on the weekends.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO COME OUT AND SEE WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE?

CurbTek does have a flat rate diagnostic fee of $90  to come discover exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. If you decide to have CurbTek fix the problem, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards your invoice (not added to).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE?

CurbTek mechanics will thoroughly review most mechanical, electrical and computer based systems of your vehicle.

CAN I RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes appointments can be rescheduled. If you wait until we are at your location to reschedule you will be charged our minimum fee.

CAN I PAY WITH CASH OR CHECK?

CurbTek mechanics can only  accept credit cards on-site. All invoices for fleets can be paid online with a credit card, check or ACH transfer.

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY INVOICE?

Every invoice has contact information on it for our office team, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can resolve your issue.

HOW MUCH ROOM DOES CURBTEK NEED TO SERVICE MY VEHICLE?

CurbTek uses your typical size vehicle. All we need is the same room associated with a single parking spot.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT CURBTEK WON’T MAKE A MESS OR LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND?

CurbTek mechanics have the necessary supplies needed to account for any potential problems that might arise on site. Our goal it to leave the location the exact same way it was before we arrived.
