What is CurbTek?
ON-demand, mobile oil change, routine maintenance and repairs for individual vehicles, equipment and commercial fleets. We come to you!
How does it work for individuals?
Booking any individual is very simple and straight forward. Just follow this link: https://www.curbtek.com/book
Can CurbTek really fix my vehicle on site?
CurbTek has the ability to fix most small jobs on-site. If we see that the repair is more complex we will recommend that you take it to a mechanic shop.
What types of services does CurbTek offer?
CurbTek offers your typical services associated with oil changes (tire rotations, wiper blade / lightbulb replacements, etc). You can view our full list here: https://www.curbtek.com/pricing. CurbTek also offers some light auto repair like brakes, belt/hose replacement and more. Please contact our team if you have something specific in mind.
What cities do you cover?
For individuals we cover Northwest Louisiana and East Texas. If you have a fleet located outside of this area, please contact us to discuss our capabilities.
What is your hourly rate?
Our hourly rate is $125-150 per hour.
Is it more expensive to take my vehicle to a shop/dealership or use CurbTek?
CurbTek’s rates are very competitive when compared to traditional options. Combine that with the fact that you don’t have to waste time taking your vehicle anywhere and the downtime associated with that and it’s easy to see that CurbTek is a much more economical option.
Can I request a specific mechanic?
If you know the name of the mechanic you’d like to service your vehicle, you can provide that information when booking the appointment.
How much is an oil change?
CurbTek takes a unique approach to pricing oil changes. We have flat rated the prices and removed all additional fees that typical quick lubes and mechanic shops add on. More on our pricing here: https://www.curbtek.com/pricing
How do I pay for my service?
CurbTek mechanics can process your credit card after the service is complete. We do not take cash or check.
How do I pay if I am not there when my car is serviced?
The CurbTek mechanic will text and/or email you an invoice. The invoice will have a link that you can click on to pay with your credit card.
What happens with the used oil and parts when my service is complete?
CurbTek has a very strict environmental policy. We take all materials with us and dispose of them properly.
How do I know that CurbTek won’t make a mess or leave anything behind?
CurbTek mechanics use fluid absorbent mats under any vehicle it services to ensure that we leave a location just like we found it. You’d never know we were ever there!
Why should you use CurbTek?
If you value your time then CurbTek is a no brainer. Our services cost about the same as your typical dealership or mechanic shop but without all of the time associated with these traditional methods. It takes about 60 seconds to book any CurbTek service and we handle the rest.

Do you have a shop where I can bring my vehicle?
CurbTek does not have a physical location. We come to you anywhere, anytime.
What are your hours of operation?
We take appointments from 7am-7m Monday-Friday with exceptions on the weekends. When booking your appointment online you will be shown all available appointment slots.
Does it cost anything to come out to see what’s wrong with my vehicle?
CurbTek does have a flat rate diagnostic fee to come find out exactly what is wrong with your vehicle. If you decide to have CurbTek fix the problem, the diagnostic fee will be applied towards your invoice (not added to).
What is included in the diagnostic fee?
CurbTek mechanics will thoroughly review most mechanical, electrical and computer based systems of your vehicle.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Yes. CurbTek will send you reminders leading up to the start of the appointment. These reminders will provide you with a way to reschedule your appointment for a later day or time.

Can I pay with Cash or Check?
CurbTek mechanics do not have the ability to accept cash or check. All invoices must be paid with a credit card.
What if I have a question about my invoice?
You can reply back to the invoice and communicate directly with your CurbTek mechanic to resolve any questions you may have.
How much room does CurbTek need to service my vehicle?
CurbTek uses your typical size vehicle. All we need is the same room associated with a single parking spot.
